Based in Sydney, Lauren is a Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Certified Female Health and Performance Coach, and Accredited Sports Nutritionist with a passion for helping and educating people, she hopes to transform as many lives as possible!
Lauren specialises in female health and performance, body compositional change and nutrition for training and sport performance.
Our mission is to help women of all ages ditch restriction and find balance to live a healthier life.
