What is Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching?
Online coaching gives you the knowledge, support and accountability of a personal trainer and nutrition coach, with the freedom and flexibility to train at a time that suits YOU! Our coaching packages include personalised training programs, custom nutrition recommendations and goals, and online checkins to help you reach your goals.
ONLINE COACHING IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

-You don't have time available to commit to PT sessions
-You have some experience training before (HIIT, Strength Training, Group Fitness, Sport)

HOW DOES IT WORK??
All our online clients get access to the Momentum Health and Fitness training app where they can access their personalised training programs. The app has an inbuilt video library for all programs containing exercise demonstrations. Clients also have access to in-app workout tracking where they can record their weights, times and other data to track progress and improvement over time! All nutrition recommendations and updates are delivered via the meal plan section of our training app. Meal tracking can also be done in-app, or client's can connect MyFitnessPal.
HOW OFTEN WILL MY TRAINING AND NUTRITION PLANS BE UPDATED?
All training programs run in 4 week blocks- meaning you'll complete the same sessions for 4 weeks before exercises, reps or tempo are changed/progressed.
For the first 6 weeks, nutrition recommendations are updated weekly (we have a big focus on habit based coaching for this time). After the first 6 weeks, nutrition goals are updated every 6-8 weeks.

Our online fitness and nutrition coaching bundle is $110/week (minimum 12 week commitment)
