Habit Based Coaching?
 

Habit based coaching focuses on building the foundations of good nutrition through habit changes, before creating more specific goals and guidelines around calories and macros.

 HABIT BASED COACHING IS FOR YOU IF: 

-You've hit a plateau in your results/progress

-You've got a history of yoyo dieting and desire more sustainable long term results

-You feel like you lack the skills to take control of your nutrition choices

-You need accountability and support from a coach

-You want to ditch restriction and find balance and food freedom

-You desire the ability to take control of your results and want to track your progress over time

I'm a passionate Personal Trainer, Accredited Sports Nutritionist and Female Health and Performance Coach! 

I'll be your coach for the duration of your nutrition journey, educating you and empowering you with the tools you need to take control of your own eating and achieve the results of your dreams!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET STARTED??

Upon signup you'll receive an email with our nutrition questionnaire for you to complete. Once this is done, Lauren will reach out to book in a discovery call with you to chat about your goals and create a plan for your coaching. 

HOW DOES IT WORK??

Our habit based nutrition coaching runs for 6 weeks- with new goals and habits introduced each week. All nutrition updates and content are delivered via a private Google Drive. You'll receive:

-Personalised habit based nutrition recommendations based on your goals

-Nutrition Education content

- Access to a healthy eating guide

-Weekly check ins and updates

-Fortnightly coaching calls

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS IS UP?

After your initial 6 weeks of habit based coaching you can choose to do another 6 weeks to progress even further (this may be more suitable if there are more habits for you to change). Alternatively, you can transition to a flexible meal plan/calorie guide (coaches discretion is used here and you will not be given a meal plan if Lauren believes you need more habit based work)
