Why 'Flexible' Meal Plans
We believe that meal plans are a fantastic tool for tracking nutrition with ease, convenience and consistency. BUT we do NOT believe in restriction, 'cheat meals' or cutting out any foods. For this reason, we use a flexible approach to our meal plans to encourage more food freedom and autonomy.
OUR MEAL PLANS ARE PERFECT FOR YOU IF:
-You have completed 6 weeks of habit based coaching with us (essential)
-You struggle to plan meals that fit into your goals
-You need inspiration for simple and convenient meals that suit your needs and food preferences
-You are open to tracking your calorie/macro intake to stay aligned with your goals
-You desire the ability to take control of your eating and get the results of your dreams!

I'll be your coach for the duration of your nutrition journey, educating you and empowering you with the tools you need to take control of your own eating and achieve the results of your dreams!

HOW DOES IT WORK??
Meal plans are written based on your individual needs, goals and food preferences. All meal plan packages include:
-Individual 8-12 week calorie plan
-meal recommendations to fit your calorie plan
-Nutrient/meal timing recommendations
-Fortnightly checkins and feedback
-Access to Momentum Health and Fitness App for meal tracking
-Coaching calls every 4 weeks
DO I HAVE TO DO HABIT BASED COACHING FIRST?
YES! We require that all our meal plan clients have completed at least 6 weeks of habit based coaching with Lauren first. (in some cases we will transition you to a meal plan straight after a nutrition consultation but this is rare). Habit based coaching is a requirement as it aligns best with our coaching philosophy of prioritising increased nutritional literacy and educating habit based change.
WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?
Our meal plans are $50/week (minimum 8 week commitment)
