Crunchy Maple Granola

This home made granola is perfect with some yoghurt and fruit for a quick snack! It also goes great on top of our smoothie bowls


  • 1 ½ cups oats

  • 1 cup rice bubbles

  • ½ cup hemp seeds

  • ½ cup buckwheat kernels

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup/honey

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar/ coconut sugar

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ cup shredded coconut


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread over lined baking tray

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160C (remove from oven after 15 minutes and stir so the granola is crispy throughout)

  • Remove from oven and let cool completely

  • Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 7-10 days
