About the Monthly Zooms:
Each month we'll jump on a group zoom call where I'll riff on things related to training, nutrition, mindset and LIFE! I'll also answer questions from the facebook group Q & A feed. Some months I'll open the call up for a chat, others we'll do journalling sessions and sometimes I'll be more in a teaching energy.
