TRAIN WITH LOZ IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

-You have some experience training before (HIIT, Strength Training, Group Fitness, Sport)

-You feel like you are lost when you walk into the gym and can't decide what to do for your training sessions

-You desire the ability to take control of your results and want to track your progress over time

HOW DOES IT WORK??​

All our Train with Loz clients get access to the Momentum Health and Fitness training app where they can access their training programs (select from program types below). The app has an inbuilt video library for all programs containing exercise demonstrations. Clients also have access to in-app workout tracking where they can record their weights, times and other data to track progress and improvement over time!

HOW OFTEN WILL MY TRAINING PROGRAM BE UPDATED?

All training programs run in 4 week blocks- meaning you'll complete the same sessions for 4 weeks before exercises, reps or tempo are changed/progressed.

​

WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?

Our online fitness programming is $40/week (minimum 12 week commitment)

PROGRAM OPTIONS

​

STRONG:

focus-hypertrophy and strength 

Goal-Increase overall strength and build muscle

​

LEAN:

focus- fat loss and body recomposition 

Goal-Shed body fat and maintain lean muscle

​

ALL ROUNDER:

focus- overall performance

Goal-Improve performance, build muscle, lose fat and get strong.

​

AT HOME:

Goal- workout at home with minimal to no equipment

​

Each program has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels available. or you can start at beginner and progress your way through all 3 levels.
